Notes not loading inbox or calendar

Hi, all!

My Notes 9 has started not loading my inbox, calendar, but Sametime is working fine.

 

There is also an empty warning empty window shown when loading Notes.

Could you please help on this?

Need more information
1) Do you see the blank inbox even if you close all the tabs and then open the mail tab?
2) I see that the mail file design has not got upgraded properly.  You could try refreshing the mail file design with mail9.ntf.
3) Did this start showing up after you attempted to upgrade your mail file design to the mail9.ntf?
4) What was the mail template  version prior to upgrading to mail9.ntf?
5) We need to look at the <Notes Data Dir>\workspace\.metadata\.plugins  folder. Would it be possible for you to zip this folder and send it across?

Workaround

Hello Ed,

I had the same problem as you that my inbox and calendar did not show up. Instead an error box with no text in it popped up.

A work around for me was the following: I unchecked the following option  File -> Preferences -> Windows and Themes -> "On restart, reopen any tabs that were open when I closed the client"

Now when I start IBM Notes, the only tab that is opened up is my inbox, as I set this to be my home page. I can then start the calendar and other views manually.
